Our cleaning process includes: 1. **Thorough Sanitization:** After each booking, we disinfect all high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, tables, and equipment, using high-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products. 2. **Floor Cleaning:** Floors are vacuumed, mopped, and cleaned to remove dirt, dust, and allergens. 3. **Bathroom Maintenance:** Restrooms are cleaned and sanitized after every event, restocking supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. 4. **Trash Removal:** We remove all trash and recycling from the premises promptly after each event to maintain a fresh environment. 5. **Air Quality:** The space is aired out and, if applicable, air purifiers are used to ensure fresh and clean air for your gathering. We take great pride in maintaining a spotless and sanitized space for your events. If you have any specific cleaning requirements, feel free to let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
