Owned by a creative director working in production for 15 years. Gorgeous light, plenty of space and inherently a creative space.

General Rules
No smoking or vaping. No extremely loud music or other noise. Only one car/van in the car park but there's the possibility of on street parking if needed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Within reason. Anything moved must be put back in the same place. Do not remove furniture from building, there's a big communal space it can be temporarily stored in.
No smoke machines allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Ring doorbell on the front door. Can be on or off, bookers choice.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
This is my home, it'll be cleaned after every production. Productions are limited to one at a time and will be spaced apart.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
