Here's an overview of our cleaning process: 1. **Pre-Event Cleaning** - The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking. - Floors are vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected. - High-touch surfaces, such as door handles, light switches, and tables, are sanitized. - Mirrors, windows, and other reflective surfaces are polished for a spotless appearance. 2. **During the Event** - Trash bins are provided and easily accessible for guests to dispose of waste. - Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the space for added convenience. 3. **Post-Event Cleaning** - After every event, the space is carefully inspected for any messes or damages. - All furniture and equipment are wiped down with disinfectant. - Restrooms, if applicable, are cleaned and restocked with supplies. - Trash is removed, and floors are swept, vacuumed, or mopped as needed. 4. **Professional Deep Cleaning** - Regular deep cleaning is conducted by professionals to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. - This includes steam cleaning floors and upholstery, as well as sanitizing HVAC systems to ensure air quality. Our goal is to provide you with a space that’s not only functional and stylish but also clean and inviting. If you have any specific cleaning requests or concerns, please let us know ahead of time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
