The Smile is a new building located in East Harlem. Amenities within the building include gym, 24/7 doorman, sauna / steam room, game room and rooftop pool. 1. Clearing and Sorting: • Remove any leftover food, ingredients, or utensils from countertops, sinks, and cooking surfaces. 2. Trash Removal: • Empty all trash cans and dispose of the waste appropriately. 3. Washing Dishes and Utensils: • Soak heavily soiled pots, pans, and utensils in hot, soapy water. • Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment thoroughly. • Rinse and sanitize all washed items using a sanitizing solution or dishwasher if available. 4. Countertops and Surfaces: • Spray countertops, tables, and other surfaces with an all-purpose cleaner. • Wipe down surfaces with a clean cloth or sponge, paying attention to corners and edges. • Use a degreaser for stubborn stains or greasy residue. • Sanitize surfaces using a food-safe disinfectant, especially areas that come into contact with food. 5. Appliances and Equipment: • Clean appliances such as stoves, ovens, microwaves, and refrigerators both inside and out. • Remove any spills or food debris from appliance interiors. • Wipe down control panels, handles, and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. 6. Floors: • Sweep the floor to remove any loose debris, crumbs, or food particles. 7. Final Inspection: • Conduct a final walkthrough of the kitchen to ensure everything is clean, organized, and in its proper place. • Check for any areas that may have been overlooked or need additional cleaning. 8. Documentation: • Document the cleaning process, noting any issues encountered or special instructions for future reference via photo and send to Host
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
