About the Space
Welcome to our 1200 sqft natural light content studio loft just south of downtown Austin! Our NYC style loft was custom-designed by a veteran Cinematographer and Production Designer to ensure maximum beauty and versatility for a wide range of filming, production, and podcasting needs. Frustrated with the hit-or-miss experience and limited offerings of Peerspaces and traditional CYC wall warehouses, we've made it our mission to create the best natural light studio available, with unrivaled design and creative services to match. The space itself comes with a basic (3) Nanlite lighting package. We serve business leaders/entrepreneurs and content creators looking to film an array of content in a single day. We have 10+ unique interview looks all within the same spacious loft, while still maintaining consistency of the overall space. We’re the perfect home for your content needs ranging from brand films, podcasts, social reels, online courses, instructional videos, etc. We’re also an ideal environment for workshops, masterminds, and small company off-sites with a 75 inch Samsung Frame TV, a Vibe (Digital White) Board for meetings, and a Vestaboard to delight your guests with custom quotes/messages. The location is very convenient, with many dining options nearby, both walkable and in the neighborhood. A UPS print and mailing center is in the same shopping center, a short walk away. Our office is on-site, but not intrusive to the studio itself. Health and Safety Measures
The studio space is cleaned weekly by our building's janitorial services, deep-cleaned once-a-month, and our studio staff sweeps/mops as needed and disinfects common areas between each booking. That said, guests are required to do basic cleaning for their own mess, including removing their own trash, and replacing furniture and props in their original position.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
