The front of the building has diagonal street parking spaces and one handicapped space. Private building parking in the rear with seven spaces and one additional handicapped space, a free parking lot across the street in front of Lake Mary Pub, free parking in the lot by Lake Mary History Museum, and a large adjacent lot across the street on the corner of W Crystal Lake Ave and 4th Street by Krazy Greek Kitchen.

Floor to ceiling glass windows on the front of the building, picture windows and tons of natural lights and warm cozy velvet drapes draped with vines and airy, creamy sheers.

Sometimes, you can hear the fire trucks, whistle from the school crossing guard at 3 pm M-F, and sometimes drills from the auto shop. Quiet after 5 PM and on weekends though!

Bring equipment and catering in through the back parking lot and rear door.

Depending on your needs and the number of people, the host can accommodate this for your time.

Regular building power, many outlets in the studio and throughout, the circuit breaker in the storage closet. Ask the host for assistance.

No smoking inside of the building Outside catering is allowed No alcohol allowed inside (there is a pub across the street) You break it, you buy it
