- We are a pet-free and smoke-free facility. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. A $250 fine will be assessed for violations. - Please shuttle/Uber guests to the event–NO staff, vendor, or guest parking in the neighborhood or on the street. - Client is responsible for any fines incurred by the venue as a result of parking and/or noise violations, up to $10,000. - One 6-yard dumpster included with the event fee. All other trash must be taken out of the space and properly discarded. We encourage you to bring extra trash bags! - Outside furniture can be moved upon approval. - Amplified DJ and/or musicians are allowed, provided sound measures at 20 decibels at the property line. - All outdoor amplified sound must be off by 10 PM. - Alcohol (beer, seltzers, wine, champagne) is allowed; however, liquor (vodka, tequila, whiskey, etc.) must be served by a licensed bartender. - No glitter, confetti, or anything that could damage walls (nails, screws, hooks, etc.) allowed. There will be fines for violations. - Please be respectful of the space and return it to its initial condition at the end of your reservation. -We follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. - Client may only use the space they have paid for. Additional spaces must be paid for in advance.
