This suite has been used as a maker space, training center, hackathon headquarters, presentations, and filming suite in the past. It is an 4500 SF industrial open space with attached team space and three small offices. It is equipped with several ceiling mounted dropdown power drops and high speed internet.

Our staff cleans the space before each event and after each use. We have a daily cleaning service that services our spaces every weekday evening.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
