General Rules

We want to ensure that all guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience while using our space. Please review the following house rules carefully before booking. General Rules Booking Time & Overtime: All bookings must begin and end at the accepted reservation time, including setup and cleanup. Any overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at 1.5 times the hourly rate. Cleaning & Damages: The space must be left in the same condition as found. Guests are responsible for removing all equipment and rentals brought into the space. No nails, screws, staples, or adhesives should be used on walls. Any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be charged to the card on file. Furniture: If you need to move furniture, please notify us in advance for approval. Noise & Conduct Noise Restrictions: Out of respect for neighbors, noise levels must be lowered after 9 PM. No Smoking or Drug Use: Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the space. Any violations will result in fines or additional fees. Catering & Alcohol Outside Catering: Allowed and welcomed. Alcohol Use: If alcohol is served, it must be disclosed in the booking request. The guest requesting the booking must be 21+ years old (for U.S. bookings) and comply with local liquor laws. Decor & Cleanup No glitter or confetti allowed. No decorations can cover emergency signs, fire lanes, or exits. Trash Disposal: Guests must dispose of trash, recycling, and organic waste properly in the designated bins. Excess trash that does not fit in the containers must be removed by the guest. Setup & Cleanup: Guests must remove all decorations, equipment, and materials before the end of their booking and inspect the space to avoid damage claims. Insurance & Liability Event Insurance: Depending on the size and nature of the event, guests may be required to provide proof of event insurance. Please message us in advance to confirm requirements. Host Liability: Guests assume full responsibility for any damage, accidents, or injuries that occur during the event. By booking, you agree to follow these house rules. Failure to comply may result in fines, cancellation of the event, or additional charges. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting your event

Sanitized Restrooms: Bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials and disinfected before each event. Outdoor Space Maintenance: The grass and concrete areas are kept clean and well-maintained for an enjoyable experience. Waste Disposal: We ensure proper waste disposal and trash removal after each booking. Guest Expectations While we handle professional cleaning, we ask that guests: ✅ Remove all personal items, decorations, and rentals after the event. ✅ Dispose of trash in designated bins. ✅ Avoid using glitter, confetti, or any materials that are difficult to clean. ✅ Return the space in the same condition as it was received. Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
