About the Space
This spacious studio apartment is perfect for events, meetings, and creative projects. The space is 800 square ft, and can be used for offsites, workshops, team meetings, or photo and video shoots. The space has a kitchen (no stove), large table, a corner desk, and a standing desk. There is a set a patio furniture on the deck as well. The studio is on the second floor, up two flights of stairs. We do not allow for production that uses any glitter, paint, fake blood, or any other substance that can damage items in the studio.

The apartment is cleaned after every use with disinfectant. Hand towels are washed and refreshed. All dishes are washed in the dishwasher after use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
