We prioritize cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment for all our guests. Our cleaning process includes: 1. **Pre-Event Cleaning**: Before each booking, we conduct a thorough cleaning of the entire space, including all surfaces, floors, and restrooms, using eco-friendly products. 2. **High-Touch Areas**: Special attention is given to high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, and communal equipment, which are sanitized before and after each event. 3. **Post-Event Cleanup**: After your event, our team will perform a comprehensive cleaning to ensure the space is spotless for the next guests. Basic tidying is expected from the host, but we handle deep cleaning. 4. **Waste Management**: Trash bins are provided throughout the space, and we encourage guests to dispose of waste properly to maintain cleanliness during events. 5. **Air Quality**: We regularly ventilate the space and use air purifiers to ensure a fresh atmosphere. Our commitment to cleanliness helps create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
