Bright, Open Studio in Downtown Indie Market Welcome to our cozy and versatile studio, located in the heart of downtown inside a vibrant indie market! This one-room space features great natural lighting, making it perfect for photographers, videographers, and content creators looking for an inspiring spot to bring their vision to life. The market is open to the public Tuesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM, but the studio suite is also available for private, hourly rental after hours. Its convenient location near popular breweries and other downtown attractions makes it an ideal spot for your creative projects. Studio Cleaning Process We take great care to ensure that our studio is clean, sanitized, and ready for your creative projects. After each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and reset to provide a welcoming and professional environment. Our cleaning process includes: -Sanitizing High-Touch Surfaces: Door handles, furniture, and any frequently used items are sanitized after every session. -Vacuuming & Floor Care: Floors are vacuumed or swept as needed to maintain a tidy and debris-free space. -Trash Removal: All trash is removed, and bins are lined with fresh bags for the next client. -Prop & Equipment Reset: Any studio props or furniture are inspected, cleaned, and rearranged to their original layout. We kindly ask all guests to REFRAIN FROM USING GLITTER OF ANY KIND OR SIZE, tidy up after their session by removing personal items, props, and trash to help us maintain the space for everyone’s use. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please let us know immediately, and we’ll address it promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
