Historic South Loop Loft

Located in a historical building in South Loop's, this third floor loft offers endless potential. With exposed brick and western facing windows, this loft provides a open and airy, yet cozy and warm atmosphere. The room has the ability to be transformed yet stands ready as is. We have hosted corporate happy hours, rehearsal dinners, small weddings, markets, and yoga classes. The lay out of the room provides a natural flow through the space. There is a large open area in the back of the space, 2 single stall bathrooms and comes with cocktail furniture provided. We have an inventory of over 15 tables and a variety of over 50 chairs that are available for use in the price included. The room provides surround sound mounted speakers that can be connected to via bluetooth for you to use. There is also adjustable lighting throughout the space to create the vibe you desire. You are welcome to decorate this space as you please as long as you follow our simple guidelines. Please let us know in your inquiry message if you are interested in decorating and we will provide you with the guidelines. Since this space is located in the same building as a local brewery, we can arrange for beer and wine bar service provided by the brewery.
