Respect the Space – Please leave the facility in the same condition as you found it. Clean up after your event and dispose of trash properly. No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the facility. Alcohol Policy – Alcohol is only permitted with prior approval and must comply with all local laws and regulations. No underage drinking allowed. Event Hours – Rental time includes setup and breakdown. Additional time will be charged if the event runs over the agreed-upon period. Noise Levels – Be mindful of noise levels to respect surrounding businesses and neighbors. Excessive noise or music must be approved in advance. Damage & Liability – Renters are responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment. Any damage must be reported immediately. Equipment Use – Gym equipment is off-limits unless previously agreed upon. If approved, it must be used properly and safely. Capacity Limits – The number of attendees must not exceed the agreed-upon limit for safety reasons. Decorations & Setup – Decorations must be approved in advance. No nails, screws, or anything that may damage walls or flooring. Security Deposit & Insurance – A refundable security deposit may be required. Liability insurance may also be required for certain events. Children & Pets – Children must be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.
