Cleaning Process: Our home is meticulously cleaned before each booking to ensure it’s ready for your shoot. We prioritize maintaining its historic character while providing a clean, comfortable environment for production teams. • Deep Cleaning: The space is thoroughly cleaned, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-traffic areas like bathrooms and kitchen spaces. • Surface Cleaning: All surfaces, including tables, countertops, and windows, are wiped down and sanitized. We ensure that any antiques or delicate items are treated with care. • Special Care for Furnishings: We take extra care in cleaning the original furnishings, including the woodwork, floors, and vintage fixtures, to preserve their integrity. • Trash Removal: Production teams are responsible for removing any trash or items brought in during the shoot. Please ensure the property is left in the same condition it was found. We ask that any food or drink spills be cleaned up immediately, and that the property is left tidy at the end of the shoot to avoid additional cleaning charges.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
