1. Outside catering, alcohol, and furniture or equipment rentals is allowed. However, all intended rentals (bounce houses, pool slides, furniture, etc) must be communicated to host and approved by host. 2. All rental drop off times that do not fall within your rental period must be communicated to and agreed to by host. 3. Small friendly events ONLY. No big parties allowed. No loud music allowed (music is allowed, just not so loud where you disturb the neighbors). The use of our speakers are best as you connect via blue tooth, and the sound is contained to the backyard space. 4. ** IMPORTANT ** Up to 10 cars ONLY allowed on the property. There is absolutely no street parking allowed. Guests can carpool, use uber/lift, or be shuttled in from nearby parking locations. Violation of this policy can result in the abrupt ending of the event with no refund. 5. Wondering around the main house in areas outside of the designated rental areas is off limits! Anyone caught wondering will be removed from the property and the host may end the event with no refund! 6. There will be an extra pool heating fee of $200 if you desire to have the pool warmed for your event. 7. There is an extra fee for the use of the outdoor kitchen. 8. Please, no Bottles or glass in or around the immediate pool area. 9. No loitering or smoking in the front yard.
