Noise: • Keep noise levels reasonable, especially during evening hours. • No loud music or disruptive activities. 4. Furniture: • Do not move or rearrange furniture without prior approval. • Any damage caused to furniture or fixtures must be reported immediately and may incur a fee. 5. Kitchen Use: • The kitchen is available for light use only (e.g., preparing snacks, beverages). • Clean up after use, and do not leave food or drinks unattended. 6. Smoking & Alcohol: • No smoking or vaping inside the premises. • Alcohol consumption is permitted only with prior approval and must comply with local laws. 7. Decorations & Modifications: • No nails, tacks, or adhesive products that can damage walls or surfaces. • Temporary decorations must be approved and removed after the event. 8. Access: • Only individuals listed on the lease or approved in advance may access the space. • Keys or access codes must not be duplicated or shared without permission. 9. Damage: • Tenants are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or fixtures during their lease period. 10. Compliance: • Follow all local laws, ordinances, and safety regulations during your use of the space. 11. Event Duration: • Events must end by the agreed time, unless otherwise agreed upon. 12. Pets: • No pets are allowed unless explicitly permitted. By leasing this space, you agree to abide by these house rules. Non-compliance may result in additional charges or termination of the lease agreement.
