We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests. Our warehouse is professionally cleaned before and after every booking, following a thorough multi-step process: Deep Cleaning Between Bookings – We sanitize all high-touch surfaces, including tables, door handles, and equipment. Industrial-Grade Floor Cleaning – The space is swept, mopped, and disinfected after each use. Air Circulation & Ventilation – The space is well-ventilated before each booking to maintain fresh air quality. Restroom Sanitization – Bathrooms are stocked with essential supplies and cleaned thoroughly. Trash Removal – All waste is disposed of properly, and guests are provided with designated bins.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
