About the Space
Over 1200 square feet of room to host your photoshoot or any other creative project. With a variety of backdrop and prop options, you can bring almost any set or vision to life. With 30 feet of windows on the side of the building, there is plenty of natural light. Each window has sheer curtains to assist with your lighting preference. In the past, we have had branding, product, headshots, and portrait sessions. The space can also be used for workshops, styled shoots, and any creative experiences. Due to the industrial nature of the space, it allows you to personalize it as you envision and ample room to fill. There is a two-sided rolling backdrop, seamless paper backdrops, chairs, and other small props available.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
