About the Space
Our studio is clean and cozy with ample space for photography or videography shoots. The space includes access to the studio, sitting area and restroom facility. The studio suit is also available as an add-on for $50 The NP photography studio (total of 1150 sq ft). This space includes an 150 sq ft lobby/dressing room equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, toys/books/games & purchasable snacks, a 400 sq ft studio suit with a queen bed & 43 inch tv, a 100 sq ft restroom and a 550 sq ft studio featuring natural light, an Alexa/bluetooth sound system, a 75in smart TV/monitor with micro USB/HDMI for tethering or entertainment, many props/stools etc. and the option for professional lighting package.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The base cleaning fee covers mopping and deep cleaning/disinfecting the studio after CLIENT's departure. The CLIENT agrees to leave the Premises and all contents and fixtures in the same condition as they were when CLIENT arrived to avoid additional fees as outlined in section III of the rental agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
