To maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests, please follow this cleaning process after your event. 🧹 General Cleaning Steps Remove Trash & Debris Collect all trash, food, and disposable items. Empty trash bins and replace with new liners (provided in the storage area). Separate recyclables if applicable. Wipe Down Surfaces Disinfect tables, countertops, and seating areas using provided cleaning wipes or spray. Clean any spills or sticky spots on furniture and floors. Sweep & Mop Floors Sweep up any dirt, crumbs, or debris. Mop any spills or sticky areas using a damp mop and appropriate floor cleaner. Restroom Check (If Applicable) Ensure restrooms are left in good condition. Restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels if needed. Wipe down sink and counters. Reset Furniture & Equipment Return chairs, tables, and furniture to their original layout. Ensure all electronics (TV, speakers, lighting) are turned off. Check for Personal Items Look around for any forgotten personal belongings. Any lost items will be held for 48 hours before being discarded or donated. Lock Up & Secure the Space Close and lock all doors and windows. Return any keys or access codes as instructed. 🔴 Additional Charges May Apply If: Excessive mess or spills require deep cleaning. Furniture, equipment, or walls are damaged. Trash is not disposed of properly. By following this cleaning process, you help us maintain a beautiful and well-kept space for all future guests. Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
