House Rules for Rustic Vibes Chill Space - No Smoking Inside the Building For the health and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke. - Outside Catering Allowed You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages! We support your choice of catering and encourage you to bring your favorite vendors to customize your event. - Alcohol Allowed on the Premises Alcohol is permitted within the space. We ask that guests consume responsibly. If you plan to serve alcohol, please ensure it is in accordance with local laws and regulations. - Noise Levels We encourage a respectful atmosphere. Please keep noise levels reasonable, especially in the evening, to respect neighbors and ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. - Respect the Space and Equipment We kindly ask that you treat the venue and all equipment with care. Any damages to furniture, fixtures, or the building will be the responsibility of the renter, and additional fees may apply for repairs. - Clean-Up Responsibilities Please ensure that the venue is left tidy and in good condition after your event. Trash should be disposed of in the designated bins. If there is significant mess left behind, a cleaning fee may apply. - No Pets Allowed (Except Service Animals) For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. - Maximum Guest Capacity To ensure comfort and safety, please adhere to the maximum guest capacity of the space. This number is provided at the time of booking and ensures we can safely accommodate everyone. - Parking Free parking is available in the Greystone Plaza parking lot. Please park in designated areas only to ensure enough space for all guests. Avoid blocking entrances or driveways. - Respect Neighbors Please be mindful of the surrounding businesses and residents. Keep noise to a minimum when entering or leaving the venue and avoid blocking pathways or doors. - Security & Liability The event organizer is responsible for the safety of all attendees. We are not liable for lost or stolen items. We encourage you to monitor your event for any safety concerns and provide necessary precautions.
