Venue capacity: 250 - Utmost respect and care are required of all valuable Art Work on the premises. - No smoking inside the building. - Outside food and alcohol permitted. - Kitchen available (refrig, sink, counters, no stove). Utensils, dinnerware, paperware not included. - Audio/Visual Equipment: Microphone, speakers, and projection screen. - 250 chairs included. Tables available upon request. - Ensure the venue is left in the same condition as upon arrival. - Guest is responsible for any damages to the venue, equipment, or property caused by the Guest, their guests, or their vendors. We reserve the right to charge for special cleaning, repairs or replacements as necessary. - Guest is responsible for security. - If Guest will have vendors: - Vendors are responsible for the safety, quality, and legality of their products and services, including food preparation and compliance with health codes and regulations. - Vendors must provide their own tools, equipment, and materials, unless otherwise specified. - Vendors must ensure that all required permits, licenses, and certifications are valid and up to date. Copies of these permits must be emailed to us prior to the event. - Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. - Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event and may impact future participation. - The sale of firearms, illegal substances, or any prohibited or restricted items is strictly forbidden. - Guest and Vendors grant us the right to photograph their booths and use such images for promotional purposes without compensation.
