About the Space
We offer a clean, quiet, and fully equipped environment great for photography, video and events. With complete control of lighting conditions in each area, the space offers: -Cyclorama wall, -2 Backdrop walls -Fully turfed and matted gym space -3 Large additional flex spaces. -Free wi-fi -Safe and easy parking -Hosts up to 20 people -2 Full Bathrooms with private showers -Kitchen area We have hosted sports teams, podcasts, app video sets and many other photo/video projects with great success. We are a 2 min walk to hotels and many quality food options.

Parking description
The Studio's building is attached to the Doco parking garage, 414 J St. We provide parking validation, so parking is convenient and discounted at 50%.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have one security camera focused solely on the entrance door for security purposes. The device is only enabled when the studio is unoccupied.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All high touch areas are disinfected after use including lighting equipment and props. We have a professional cleaning crew service the studio each night M-F and use a environmentally safe proprietary disinfecting mixture to clean the gym mat and general walking areas.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
