About the Space

South Side Studios is a premier production facility located in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Designed to accommodate a wide range of creative projects, we offer a range of sound stages and support facilities to accommodate any production. We also have 24/7 onsite security to ensure the safety of your crew and gear! Stage 3 is a 21,918 square foot space that is geared towards large scale productions. We offer data storage to easily back up footage. We also have elephant doors to allow for a seamless load in and load out.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
