About the Space
South Side Studios is a premier production facility located in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Designed to accommodate a wide range of creative projects, we offer a range of sound stages and support facilities to accommodate any production. We also have 24/7 onsite security to ensure the safety of your crew and gear! Green room 101 is a 300 square foot space that is built to accommodate cast and crew. This space has nearby restrooms, sitting areas, access to a community kitchen area, and an Apple TV.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
