After each booking, our professional cleaning team thoroughly cleans and disinfects all areas of the home. High-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and remote controls are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants. The kitchen is deep-cleaned, including all appliances, countertops, and dining areas, ensuring a fresh and hygienic space for food preparation. Bathrooms are scrubbed and disinfected, with fresh towels and toiletries provided for each stay. All linens, including sheets, pillowcases, and blankets, are professionally laundered, and beds are neatly made for your arrival. We also conduct a detailed inspection of the home to ensure everything is in perfect condition before check-in. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, trash bins are emptied, and any necessary restocking of essentials such as soap, paper towels, and coffee supplies is completed. Additionally, our outdoor spaces, including the patio and backyard, are tidied up to maintain a welcoming environment. We follow enhanced cleaning protocols to meet industry standards, so you can relax and enjoy your stay with peace of mind. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
