Our home is great for entertaining and filming. The big rooms with high ceilings make it ideal for film shoots. The large kitchen is perfect for prepping food if you are hosting a party or dinner. With plenty of seating, you will have everything you need. Additionally, the backyard features a huge deck, lots of space to run, a fire pit and a gas grill.

Health and Safety Measures
We thoroughly clean the space in between bookings. This includes sanitizing all surfaces, handles, switches, etc. Because the home is also an AirBnb, we do clean the linens between every booking. If you do not need to utilize the bedrooms, they may be locked and your fee adjusted.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
