House Rules for the Studio 1. Maximum Occupancy: • The studio can accommodate up to 8 individuals at any given time. Please adhere to this limit to ensure safety and comfort. 2. No Smoking: • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio and the main house. If smoking is necessary, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 3. No Alcohol: • Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted within the studio or on the property. 6. Equipment and Space Usage: • Handle all equipment and studio furnishings with care. Do not move or rearrange items without prior approval. If movement is necessary, please lift items to avoid floor damage; dragging is prohibited. 7. Cleanliness: • Maintain cleanliness throughout your session. Dispose of all trash in the provided receptacles and remove all personal belongings upon departure. A cleaning fee may be applied if the studio is left in an unsatisfactory condition. 8. Restricted Areas: • Access is limited to the garage studio area. The main house and other property areas are off-limits unless prior permission has been granted. 9. Parking: • Please park in the designated parking areas. Do not block driveways or access points. If additional parking is needed, inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements. 10. Neighbor Consideration: • Be mindful of neighboring properties. Avoid loud activities outside the studio, especially during quiet hours, and ensure that all interactions are respectful. 11. Decorations and Modifications: • Do not affix anything to the walls, floors, or ceilings without prior consent. This includes nails, tape, or adhesives. Any modifications or decorations must be approved in advance. 12. Prohibited Items: • The use of open flames, confetti, glitter, smoke machines, or any substances that can cause damage or require extensive cleanup is prohibited unless explicitly authorized. 13. Pets: • Pets are not allowed in the studio without prior approval. Service animals are permitted but must be disclosed at the time of booking. 14. Security: • Ensure that all doors and windows are securely closed and locked upon leaving the studio. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals. 15. Liability: • The studio is not responsible for any personal injuries or damage to personal property during your rental period. It is recommended that you carry appropriate insurance for your activities. 16. Compliance with Laws: • All activities conducted within the studio must comply with local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
