For productions, this space is versatile, provides a charming and adaptable setting to suit your needs. Its historic character combined with modern comfort makes it an ideal choice for you to be creative With a private bathroom, large storage closet, and windows facing Hawthorne Blvd this space has a lot of natural lighting and is great for a variety of uses and includes blinds which can reduce the light to your liking - it's up to your imagination! There are three 6' tables and 16 padded folding chairs for seating up to 18 people comfortably, use the section with a full curtain to separate the room into sections for more privacy or to create the illusion of a stage. The hard wood floors are warm cherry, walls are white and bright. Abbey House is just a short walk from McMenamins Bagdad Theater & Pub making this space centrally located inside a circa 1901 craftsman style home converted into a healing arts office building. Once inside the main door of the building up a flight of stairs the suite has a private entrance, wood flooring and a ceiling fan. Because of this being a healing arts building, noise levels are kept to below 70 dBA, for all concerned. You are welcome to bring in food of your own, and a buffet table can serve as your snack station. There is also a beautiful outdoor space around back which can be used for break outs, in conjunction with the space, but you must let us know when booking.

Health and Safety Measures
- Hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, broom and dustpan are provided. • There will be ample supplies to last for your booking and extra in the suite. - Guests should sweep out and empty their trash into the large collection bins in the back of the building. • Be sure to flatten any boxes before depositing them into the recycling bin. • Place trash bags in the trash bin. - The suite is cleaned professionally between bookings, and supplies are restocked. - When you exit, be sure: • The suite door is locked • Slide the smiley face marker back to “OUT” on the “IN/OUT” board • Only lock the deadbolt if you are the last to sign “OUT” • Replace the keys in the lockbox and spin the digits away from the true code
