About the Space
Hula Hoop KC is in the heart of midtown in a vibrant party space that is sure to impress! Full of color, retro finds for all ages, styles, and sizes and accompanied by a full cocktail bar, it's hard to be sad in a place like this. Our space can be rearranged to accommodate up to 60 guests. We offer karaoke, crafting experiences, team building engagement and can create bar menus and seating to make your event magical. We allow for outside food to be brought in and just ask that we provide the sips and the shop. Hula Hoop requires a $25 deposit for each party hour, two hours = $50 deposit. Aside from that, we have a minimum of $100 purchase per hour of the party spent in the store or the bar (we believe in bang for your buck--I'd always rather buy a drink or a cute handbag than just pay to set foot in a cute space!)
Outside food is welcome at our space--everything goes! No outside beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, as Hula Hoop KC has an amazing bar that can tailor our beverage service to your needs!

We have 4ft tables with black table cloths and 6 ft tables with hot pink table cloths.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
