About the Space

A bright and spacious corner venue with expansive windows, The Atrium offers 1,150 sq. ft. of open event space, perfect for gatherings, workshops, and celebrations. Its modern, airy design provides a beautiful blank canvas that can be customized to fit your vision. Ideal for groups looking for a versatile and inviting setting. Can be booked alongside our other venue, The Kindship Studio, for larger events. Large 8 foot doorways can be opened into the Studio which comes equipped with a large bar area and kitchenette. It provides an additional bathroom, 400 sq ft kitchen area, and 800 sq ft open area. We are currently working on building a small kitchenette in this space that will be ready in March.

Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
