Industrial cool retail and event space. Ideal for a weekend Pop-up to sell various products w.collaborators or a solo product launch. It could also be good for a low key event such as a kids birthday party or art installation. Large events such as a wedding parties or film production may require a different rate so inquire for that. It is a large space, 2,000 sq' and measures approx 20'x100' deep. 12.5' ceilings and 2 massive bi-fold doors can be opened as well. Main entrance door is 36" wide. It currently has a cash wrap station that can be moved if need-be. Also it has 3 fitting rooms that can double as a storage space. A 10'x10' stock room can be used for storage for additional fee. A gas heater warms the space efficiently. Wall unit A/C's keep the space cool. The space has 1 full sized ADA bathroom.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
