Lady of the House Private Event Space

In the heart of Detroit's Core City Neighborhood, just minutes away from Downtown & Wayne State's Campus, we have carved out a space of our own. Our beautiful private event space features high vaulted ceilings, original exposed brick walls, and high windows that provide both privacy and natural light. The main room can accommodate up to 100 for a seated event and up to 150 for a strolling/cocktail hour. This space is highly customizable and and would provide a modern yet inviting backdrop for any type of event, from corporate dinners to engagement parties. Adjacent to the main room, there are two more intimate, semi-private rooms that can seat parties of 8-24. These spaces are available to be booked for private events, as well as serving as an extension of the Lady of the House dining room to provide excellent dining experiences for larger parties. The amenities included in the space are coffee and tea, a private restroom, and private entrance. AV equipment available upon request for an additional fee.
