Every inquiry will be reviewed individually with the Renter to determine feasibility and additional fees. -Misleading booking information provided by the Renter like event type, scope, number of guests/crew/talent beyond a manageable discrepancy, unlawful activities done within the premises of the property, failure to comply with the host guidelines after several warnings, and disorderly conduct, may result in the immediate termination of the event at the Renter’s expense. In the case of this unfortunate scenario, everyone must vacate the property immediately. -No overnight stays -No cooking, only catering All bookings must include setup and breakdown time. Guests are required to remove all decorations and make sure that all trash is in trash bins and not on the floors, counters, etc. at the conclusion of their event. Our cleaning team will deep clean the venue by spraying surfaces, cleaning the restrooms, mopping, etc. ______________________ Our venue does have a camera and projector system that allows performances, DJ sets, etc. upstairs to be broadcast downstairs on our tv wall and in the back room. We can also play sports games, show event graphics, etc throughout the facility. ______________________ Furniture can be moved around the venue to your liking; however, all furniture must be placed back in its original position before you vacate the premises.
