Guest Post-Event Checklist Remove Personal Items Take all personal belongings, decorations, and event materials before your rental period ends. Ensure any rented or provided equipment (e.g., audio, furniture) is returned per the agreement. Dispose of Trash Place all trash in designated bins. Handle large items or excess waste according to venue guidelines. Clean Up Major Messes Spot clean any spills, stains, or food debris. Leave the venue as close to its original condition as possible. Check for Forgotten Items Double-check all areas, including restrooms, for personal items. Report Any Issues Notify venue staff immediately of any damages or concerns. Return Venue Equipment Ensure all equipment provided by the venue is returned before leaving. Confirm Departure Inform staff of your departure time. Take a video of the venue before leaving as documentation.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
