Before Each Rental: 1. General Tidying: • Remove any personal items or previous guests’ belongings. • Straighten furniture and decorations for a neat appearance. 2. Surface Cleaning: • Wipe down all tables, chairs, and countertops with a disinfectant. • Clean and sanitize the complimentary water/coffee/tea station. 3. Restroom Cleaning: • Disinfect all surfaces, including the sink, toilet, and door handles. • Refill toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed. 4. Floor Care: • Sweep and mop hard floors. • Vacuum any carpeted areas or rugs. 5. Ambiance & Equipment Check: • Ensure the Alexa/Bluetooth speaker and projector are functional. • Verify that the romantic ambiance (e.g., lighting, candles) is set up correctly. 6. Add-Ons Preparation (if selected by the guest): • Set up the elegant table setting and/or cloth tablecloths as requested. • Arrange the wine decanter and desserts neatly if chosen. After Each Rental: 1. Trash Removal: • Collect and dispose of all trash, including disposable tablecloths and any leftover food or beverages. • Replace garbage liners. 2. Sanitization: • Sanitize high-touch areas (e.g., door handles, light switches, and remote controls). 3. Linen Care: • If cloth tablecloths were used, remove and launder them. • Check for stains or damage and replace if necessary. 4. Inventory Check: • Confirm that all items (e.g., table settings, decanter, speaker) are present and undamaged. • Restock complimentary items such as water, coffee, and tea. Weekly Deep Cleaning (or as needed): 1. Detailed Dusting: • Dust light fixtures, vents, and other hard-to-reach areas. 2. Furniture Maintenance: • Clean and polish tables and chairs. • Inspect and sanitize cushions or fabric upholstery. 3. Special Equipment Cleaning: • Wipe down the projector and check for any needed maintenance.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
