This historic home was converted into a cozy hideaway for private events, meeting, parties and intimate gatherings. Just a few miles away from downtown Augusta's medical district, this location is just right for your ideal intimate event. We have hosted open mic nights, mini concerts, fraternity parties, wine tasting events, holiday parties and more. The building's rooms can be configured to accommodate various seating arrangements in its spacious main event room. There are rooms available for podcasting as well. We offer a beautiful modern kitchen that allows room for caterers for your event. There are 2 full bathrooms for your convenience. The building is also handicapped accessible with parking directly next to the building.

Our team cleans and sanitizes after every event thoroughly. Table, chairs and doors are wiped down. Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized as well as the kitchen area. Trash is removed for the building and housed outside in trash bins. Floors are mopped weekly.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
