About the Space
Our 6,200-square-foot facility includes three spacious dance studios (Studio A: 1584sf / Studio B: 1054sf + additional carpeted area / Studio C: 864sf) with new premium marley floors, fresh paint, new carpeting, a children’s play area in the lobby, two bathrooms/dressing rooms, ample parking, and easy freeway access. All three studios are located on the ground floor and include use of speakers, bathrooms, A/C and heat, and wifi. Street shoes may not be worn on the marley floors-- clean dance shoes, socks, and bare feet are allowed.

Space is not soundproof
General Rules
Shoes: Street shoes, spiked heels, stiletto heels, and cleats are NOT ALLOWED on the marley floor. All street shoes MUST be removed before entering the studio. Soft-soled, non marking, absolutely clean dance or athletic shoes are allowed on the dance floor. Bare feet and socks are also allowed on the dance floor.
Props: Props must be constructed in such a way that they can cause no damage to the dance floor. All props must have felt padding on any part that rests on the floor or smooth rolling wheels.
Food/drink: No outside food or beverages except water within the facility.
Prohibited Behaviors: No smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, or marijuana will be allowed within 30 feet of the facility. The use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited within or around the facility.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
Clean all common areas guests can access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
