Please note that a "Day of Event" service is available for guests to use to coordinate event logistics. All guests are required to use the service to manage on-site event logistics. The service is included in the rental and contact details will be provided once the booking is confirmed. Guest Considerations: The property can comfortably accommodate various event setups. Valet parking is required for events with more than 8 cars. ✔ Professional Deep Cleaning: Our home is thoroughly cleaned by a reputable local cleaning company experienced in luxury property maintenance. ✔ Sanitization of High-Touch Surfaces: Doorknobs, light switches, countertops, remote controls, and other frequently touched areas are disinfected after every stay. ✔ Kitchen & Dining Area: The chef’s kitchen is cleaned and disinfected, including all surfaces, appliances, and utensils. ✔ Bathrooms: Bathrooms are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants, ensuring pristine conditions. ✔ Floors & Carpets: Hard floors are mopped and carpets are vacuumed using high-efficiency equipment. ✔ Pool Maintenance: The sparkling pool is cleaned and treated regularly to maintain water clarity and hygiene (seasonal availability).
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
