Our historic chapel, was built in 1901, is a timeless gem with rich character and charm. Located in a quaint village just outside of Austin, TX, it has served as a gathering space for generations. Nestled in a serene and picturesque village just outside of Austin, Village Venue & Chapel is surrounded by small-town charm and natural beauty. The area is home to local art galleries, cozy cafés, breweries, golf course, and boutique shops. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a unique experience, the neighborhood offers a perfect complement to your event. Logistics Our venue features both the historic chapel and a spacious outdoor lawn featuring a sprawling oak tree, ideal for ceremonies, receptions, and more. We can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests in the venue and 80 guests in the chapel. The venue includes access to a kitchen, with plenty of space for catering and food prep. There is ample parking available on-site for guests. We offer discounted rates for weekday bookings and are happy to work with you to create the perfect space for your event. Whether it's a custom layout or special accommodations, we pride ourselves on being adaptable and accommodating. We also offer decorating services at a low cost (materials only) in exchange for content, as it's a hobby of ours. We’ve had the pleasure of hosting a variety of events over the years, from intimate elopements to celebrations of life. Pre-Event Preparation: - All surfaces, including tables, chairs, and floors, are thoroughly wiped down with disinfectant. - Bathrooms are stocked with necessary supplies, and surfaces are sanitized. - Décor, lighting, and any event-specific items are checked and arranged. Post-Event Cleaning: - Tables, chairs, and other furniture are cleaned and wiped down. - Floors are swept and mopped. - Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including restocking supplies. - All used décor items are cleaned and carefully packed away, and the venue is returned to its original condition.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
