1. General Conduct Respect the Space: Keep the office clean and organized. Dispose of trash in the designated bins and clean up after yourself. Noise Levels: Maintain a quiet environment, especially in shared spaces. Use headphones when listening to music or attending calls. Professionalism: Treat others with respect and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. No inappropriate language or behavior. 2. Guests Guest Policy: Visitors are allowed during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM) with prior notice to the office manager. Please ensure guests follow all office rules. Meeting Spaces: Use the designated meeting rooms for client meetings or discussions. Notify others in advance if you're using shared spaces. 3. Security and Access Security Protocols: Always lock the door when leaving the office. Do not give access to unauthorized individuals. 4. Cleanliness and Maintenance Cleanliness: Keep your desk area tidy and free of clutter. Clean up shared areas after use, including the kitchen, conference rooms, and restrooms. Repairs and Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues immediately to the property manager. Do not attempt to fix any plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues yourself. 5. Internet and Equipment Internet Usage: Use the provided internet connection responsibly and for work-related purposes only. Avoid excessive personal use that could slow down the network. Equipment Care: Treat office equipment and furniture with care. Report any damages to the office manager right away. 6. Food and Beverages Kitchen Usage: Use the shared kitchen space for meal prep and eating. Clean up after using the kitchen (wipe down surfaces, load dishes in the dishwasher, etc.). Consumption: Please avoid strong-smelling foods that might disturb others. 7. Smoking and Alcohol Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the office building. Please use the designated smoking areas outside. Alcohol: Alcohol consumption is not permitted during regular office hours unless previously arranged for special events or after-hours. 8. Parking and Vehicles Parking Spaces: Parking is provided. Do not take up more than one space and avoid blocking other vehicles. Vehicle Maintenance: Do not perform any maintenance or repairs on vehicles in the parking area. 9. Personal Items Personal Belongings: Keep personal items to a minimum in shared spaces. The office is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. 10. Pets Pets: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed upon. Please discuss any exceptions with the office manager. 11. Compliance with Laws Legal Compliance: All tenants must adhere to local laws and regulations, including health and safety requirements. No illegal activities should take place in the office. 12. Termination and Eviction Eviction Policy: Violation of house rules may result in warnings or termination of the rental agreement. The management reserves the right to evict tenants who do not adhere to these rules.
