About the Space
The Event Space is 3000 SqFt, includes a full use bar, Ice machine, beer coolers, ice wells with soda guns. The set up is perfect for events that may need to hire bartenders. Large LED Video screen use available. Hiring a VJ maybe best to fully utilize lighting capabilities for a separate contract charge. We will do minimal lighting and LED usage included in rental. Club quality sound and lighting. Large open dance floor. Four elevated couches/Sections. Sections are movable to accommodate sporting watch parties more comfortably or to open the dance floor. Large murals and decorated ceilings make this space very unique. Separate large table area for catered food or equipment. Two Unisex bathrooms (2 stalls) 1 Womens bathroom with 2 individual stalls. 1 men's bathroom (troth) and private key bathroom inside. This Space is Very Private.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
