House Rules for The Windhaven Place If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking Guest Limit: Only the number of guests confirmed at booking are allowed on the property. No House Parties: Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. This includes tobacco, cannabis, hookah, e-cigarettes, and similar products. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no smoking includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and use of fire includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed Security Devices: Do not tamper with or remove any security or monitoring devices. They are there for your safety and ours. Cleanliness: Treat the home with care. Before leaving, load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and take the trash to the designated dumpster. Checkout Time: Guests must complete checkout by the designated time to allow for timely preparation for the next guests. Key Return: Leave the keys in the doors of the sunroom and the primary room deck before departure. Respect Neighbors: Maintain quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, especially in outdoor areas. Damage Reporting: If anything is broken or damaged during your stay, notify us immediately. We understand accidents happen and value your honesty.
