Choose from our intimate venue for up to 25 guests or a larger space accommodating up to 50 guests. Enjoy a stunning lakeside backdrop, ideal for capturing beautiful memories. Catering is exclusively provided by our onsite vendors, offering a variety of menu options to suit your event. Included: Tables, chairs, and the option to play music. Health and Safety Measures

Pre-Event Cleaning (Provided by Venue Owner) The venue will be cleaned before the event, including standard sweeping, mopping, and restroom sanitation. Tables and chairs will be wiped down and arranged per the rental agreement. Trash bins will be emptied, and liners will be replaced. Capacity is Limited. The client is responsible for leaving the venue in the same condition as received. This includes: All trash must be collected and placed in designated bins or removed from the premises. No loose trash, food, or decorations should be left behind. Floors & Surfaces: Any spills must be cleaned immediately to prevent damage. Tables, chairs, and countertops should be wiped down. Decorations & Personal Items: All decorations, rental items, and personal belongings must be removed by the end of the rental period. Restrooms: Restrooms should be left in a clean condition, with no excessive mess. Any damages or additional cleaning needs may result in additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
