Setups and Modifications: The configurations provided in our listing are for inspiration only. Any alterations or rearrangements must be approved by the studio management. Cleanliness: Please leave the space in the condition you found it. Remove all personal items and trash, and ensure that all equipment is returned to its designated area. Usage of Amenities: The portable dressing room, bathrooms, lighting, and refrigeration are available for your use. Please use these facilities responsibly and keep them tidy. No Smoking or Alcohol: Smoking, alcohol, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the studio premises. Guest Policy: Only authorized users and approved guests are permitted inside the studio. Safety: Follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions. In case of emergency, contact the studio manager immediately. Liability: The studio is not responsible for any personal belongings or injuries. Please secure your items and inform management of any concerns.

Air Quality: We ensure proper ventilation throughout the space, contributing to a healthier environment for our guests. We adhere to all current health guidelines and maintain a rigorous cleaning process to make your stay as safe as possible. If you have any additional concerns or special requests regarding cleaning, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
