We prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for every guest. Our cleaning process includes: ✅ Thorough Cleaning & Disinfection – After each booking, we deep-clean all surfaces, including high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and furniture. ✅ Fresh Linens & Sanitized Spaces – If applicable, any used linens, blankets, or decorative pillows are refreshed between guests. Floors, tables, and seating areas are thoroughly wiped down and sanitized. ✅ Ventilation & Air Quality – The space is aired out between bookings to maintain a fresh atmosphere. Air purifiers or natural ventilation may be used as needed. ✅ Restroom Maintenance – The restroom is stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, and sanitizing wipes. It is cleaned and disinfected after every use. ✅ Kitchenette & Dining Area – If used, all surfaces, dishes, and appliances are cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
