2. No parties or unauthorized guests. We know our neighbors well & have exterior cameras. Parties and/or unauthorized guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $50 per person charge per night. 3. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. 4. Local guests must message the host before booking. Local guests must schedule an in-person check-in with the host. 5. No smoking (of anything, including vapes) inside the house or screened-in porch. Smoking in these areas will result in an extra cleaning fee. 6. Exterior cameras at the front & back entrance are in use for your safety & for the security of our property. When you book with us, you acknowledge that they are in use. Footage from exterior cameras may be used as evidence to file damage and eviction claims with Airbnb. Tampering with exterior cameras will result in immediate eviction. 8. No commercial filming or photography (contact us for these kinds of bookings). 9. We only allow service dogs as defined by the ADA (visit the ADA website for details). This is a dog trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability, and does NOT include emotional support animals. Please let us know in advance so we can plan ahead for a deep cleaning after your stay, in consideration of future guests with allergies. 10. We do not allow pets or emotional support animals. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $40/night charge each. Additional damage will result in additional charges. 11. Guests agree to purchase their own traveler’s insurance for the duration of their stay. RULES DURING YOUR STAY: 1. No candles or fires inside the house. The fireplace is capped off & may NOT be used for fires. We have battery-powered candles for your use. 2. Old house, old pipes. Toilet paper only in the toilets. Be gentle! Improper use of the toilets that results in a plumbing service call will result in an extra fee. 3. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the pool. We strongly recommend locking the pool cage when not in use while small children are on the property.
