MMB Event Venue Cleaning Procedures At MMB Event Venue, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and welcoming space for every guest. Our cleaning procedures include: Before Each Event: ✅ Deep Cleaning & Sanitization – Floors, tables, chairs, and all high-touch surfaces are disinfected. ✅ Restroom Refresh – Toilets, sinks, and mirrors are cleaned, and soap, paper towels, and toiletries are restocked. ✅ Trash Removal – Any remaining waste from previous events is disposed of properly. ✅ Floor Care – Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed as needed. ✅ Air Purification – We ensure proper ventilation and may use air purifiers for added freshness. During the Event: ✅ Spot Cleaning – Our team checks restrooms and common areas periodically. ✅ Trash Maintenance – Overflowing trash bins are promptly emptied if full. ✅ Spill Cleanup – Any spills or messes are cleaned up immediately to maintain safety. After Each Event: ✅ Full Venue Reset – The entire space is cleaned, reorganized, and sanitized. ✅ Restroom Deep Clean – Toilets, floors, and sinks are disinfected. ✅ Trash Disposal – All garbage is removed and properly disposed of. ✅ Final Inspection – A walkthrough ensures every area is spotless before the next event. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
