Cleo Patio Cleaning Process: Before Each Event: The patio is swept and power washed to ensure a clean, debris-free surface. All furniture, including tables and chairs, is wiped down and sanitized. During the Event: Trash bins are regularly checked and emptied as needed to maintain a tidy environment. Guests can request additional cleaning supplies for quick touch-ups. After the Event: The patio is thoroughly cleaned again—swept, power washed, and all surfaces sanitized. Furniture is reset and checked for any damage or wear. We ensure that the Cleo Patio stays clean, comfortable, and ready for your next event!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
